TYPES OF FEES

We understand that you work hard for your money, so we charge a reasonable fee for our knowledge, experience, skill, preparation, and hours of work.

Retainer plus hourly: Most cases will require a retainer to be paid before work on the case may begin. After all hours are worked, the retainer fee must be replenished. Mr. Berry’s hourly fee is $300 per hour.

Flat fee: Most Criminal Defense cases will have a flat fee for each part of the case. The base fee will pay for analysis and working toward a negotiated plea. If a client desires a Motions Hearing and/or Trial, there may be an additional fee.

Contingency fee: Most car wreck cases require no fee unless we settle the case or win in court.

Retainer plus lower contingency fee: for some special cases.
